MISSION STATEMENT

The passionate souls behind BattleBorn Poetry believe in harnessing the power of ink and iron to build bridges of connection between one another, and the many different worlds we all live in. We're all about encouraging our brave Battalion of Bards to engage with open hearts, and promote poets who courageously rise to the challenge of elevating themselves and the communities that surround them.

 

 

Our aim is to create a space where people can explore their inner selves through the power of poetry, and become Wordsmith Warriors who can proudly claim the regality and sense of self-worth that is rightfully theirs.

 

 

We'll do this by giving the members of our Battalion any tools and support we can to help them courageously navigate their personal battles. And we do it because we believe that seeing these warriors overcoming the obstacles that life likes to throw at us, will inspire others to follow suit.
